Shared Round Trip Transfer

A scheduled transfer shared with other passengers travelling on the same date and departure time.

  • Fixed pickup point at HarbourFront Centre – Coach Bay.
  • Fixed return pickup point at the designated area near LEGOLAND Malaysia.
  • Hotel, residence and individual address pickup are not included.
  • Pickup point, return point and departure time cannot be changed.
  • Passengers must arrive at least 30 minutes before departure.
  • The shared vehicle may carry up to 12 passengers per trip.

Private Group Transfer with Hotel Pickup

One vehicle is reserved exclusively for your group, with pickup from a selected hotel within the standard Singapore coverage area.

  • Pickup from the Singapore hotel confirmed in your booking.
  • Direct transportation from the confirmed hotel to LEGOLAND Malaysia.
  • Direct return from LEGOLAND Malaysia to the confirmed hotel or approved return point.
  • The package price applies to one private vehicle, not per passenger.
  • Hotel location and return arrangement are subject to coverage, vehicle availability and manual confirmation.
  • A different pickup or return location may incur additional charges.
Direct transfer only: No sightseeing, shopping, meal, attraction or additional pickup stops are included during the journey.
Please select the correct package: Hotel pickup is available only when the Private Group Transfer with Hotel Pickup package is selected. A shared transfer booking cannot be converted into hotel pickup on the travel date.

  • Standard luggage size: 55 cm × 40 cm × 23 cm.
  • Larger or oversized bags may be counted as two pieces.
  • Strollers, oversized luggage and additional bags must be declared during booking.
  • Additional charges may apply if the luggage exceeds the confirmed allowance.
  • Additional payments must be completed through an official Valetra payment link.

  • Infants and children must be included in the total passenger count.
  • Child seats and booster seats are not provided for shared or private group transfers.

  • LEGOLAND Malaysia admission tickets are not included unless clearly stated under the selected package.
  • Meals, personal expenses and additional attractions are not included.
  • Personal travel insurance is not included.
  • Passengers are encouraged to purchase suitable accident or travel insurance before departure.
Passenger and luggage capacity: The operator may refuse transportation if the actual passenger count, luggage or oversized items exceed the confirmed vehicle capacity or differ from the information submitted during booking. Refunds will not be provided where inaccurate passenger or luggage information was declared.
