Privacy Notice on Personal Data Protection Act (2010)

1. Definitions

1.1 “Us”, “our” and/or “we” means Travelex Tour Sdn. Bhd. and/or any company, organisation, corporate body, or entity forming any part of Travelex Tour Sdn. Bhd.

1.2 “PDPA” means the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (Act 709)including subsidiary legislation, regulations, orders, guidelines, and directives.

1.3 “Personal data” has the meaning assigned under the PDPA.

1.4 “Processing” has the meaning assigned under the PDPA.

1.5 “Services and/or products” means any services, goods, items, websites, applications, amenities, and/or facilities provided by us.

2. Personal Data Processed by Us

Your personal data submitted to us will be processed by us or parties acting on our behalf. This includes (but is not limited to):

Name, NRIC number, passport number, driving license number, nationality, race, birth date, gender, address, phone number, email address, religious beliefs, medical records, criminal records, affiliations, political beliefs, and any other details that directly or indirectly identify you.

3. Purposes of Processing

We may process your personal data for the following purposes:
