Shared Round Trip Transfer

A scheduled same-day transfer shared with other passengers travelling from Johor Bahru to Universal Studios Singapore.

  • Pickup is available only from the designated Johor Bahru meeting point stated in the booking confirmation.
  • The vehicle departs from Johor Bahru at 7:00 AM.
  • Passengers must be ready at the pickup point by 6:45 AM.
  • The return transfer departs from Universal Studios Singapore at 7:15 PM.
  • Passengers must be ready at the USS return meeting point by 7:00 PM.
  • Hotel, residence and individual address pickup are not included.
  • Pickup point, return point and departure times cannot be changed.

One vehicle is reserved exclusively for your group, with pickup from a selected hotel within the standard Johor Bahru coverage area.

  • Hotel pickup is available for Private Group Transfer bookings only.

  • Valetra will arrange the schedule according to your request, subject to vehicle availability, operational feasibility and confirmation.
  • The package price applies to one private vehicle and is not charged per passenger.
  • A different pickup or return location may require confirmation and additional charges.
Direct transfer only: The private package includes direct transportation between the confirmed Johor Bahru pickup location and Universal Studios Singapore, followed by a direct return. Sightseeing, shopping, meal stops, additional pickup points and additional destinations are not included.

Late arrival and missed departure: The Shared Transfer operates according to a fixed schedule and cannot wait for late passengers. Late arrivals and no-shows are non-refundable. Passengers who miss the outbound journey must arrange and pay for their own transportation to Singapore. They may still use the confirmed shared return transfer, provided they are present at the designated USS meeting point by 7:00 PM.

  • Standard luggage size: 55 cm × 40 cm × 23 cm.
  • Larger or oversized bags may be counted as two pieces.
  • Strollers, oversized luggage and additional bags must be declared during booking.
  • Additional charges may apply if the luggage exceeds the confirmed allowance.
  • Additional payments must be completed through an official Valetra payment link.

Passenger and luggage capacity: The operator may refuse transportation if the actual passenger count, luggage or oversized items exceed the confirmed vehicle capacity or differ from the information submitted during booking. No refund will be provided where inaccurate passenger or luggage information was declared.

Terms & Conditions

1. Non-Refundable Booking
All Shared and Private Group Transfer bookings are non-refundable once payment has been completed and the booking is confirmed. This includes cancellations, late arrivals, no-shows, missed departures and unused portions of the service.

2. Shared Transfer Schedule
The Shared Transfer operates from fixed meeting points and follows fixed departure times. Passengers must be ready at least 15 minutes before departure, as the vehicle cannot wait for late passengers. Passengers who miss the outbound transfer must arrange their own transportation to Singapore. They may still use the confirmed return transfer by reporting at the designated USS meeting point before 7:00 PM. Passengers who miss the 7:15 PM return departure must arrange their own transportation back to Johor Bahru.

3. Private Group Transfer
Private Group customers must provide their hotel name, preferred pickup time and preferred return time after booking. The final schedule is subject to availability and confirmation by Valetra. This package provides direct round-trip transportation only. Sightseeing, shopping, meal stops, additional pickup points and additional destinations are not included.

4. Passenger and Luggage Information
The passenger count and luggage details provided during booking must be accurate. Infants and children must be included in the total passenger count. Transportation may be refused if the actual number of passengers or luggage exceeds the confirmed vehicle capacity. No refund will be provided where inaccurate information was submitted.

5. Travel Documents
Passengers are responsible for carrying valid passports, visas and all documents required by Malaysian and Singaporean authorities. Valetra is not responsible for denied entry, immigration issues or delays involving an individual passenger.

6. Traffic and Immigration Delays
Journey times may be affected by traffic congestion, immigration queues, customs inspections, weather and other circumstances beyond the operator’s control. Exact arrival times cannot be guaranteed.

7. Operational Changes
Valetra may change the assigned vehicle, route, meeting point or schedule where reasonably required for safety, regulatory or operational reasons.
