<h2 class="uss-info-title">Terms and Conditions</h2>
<p class="uss-info-subtitle">By completing the booking, the lead passenger confirms that all members of the booking have read and accepted the following conditions.</p>

<div class="uss-term-item"><strong>Shared Transfer Arrangement</strong>
<p>This is a shared transportation service. Passengers may travel with other customers booked for the same departure date and schedule.</p>
</div>
<div class="uss-term-item"><strong>Minimum Booking Requirement</strong>
<p>A minimum of two passengers is required per booking unless otherwise stated on the booking page.</p>
</div>
<div class="uss-term-item"><strong>Meeting Point and Reporting Time</strong>
<p>Passengers must arrive at the designated meeting point at least 30 minutes before the scheduled departure time. The final meeting-point details will be stated in the booking confirmation.</p>
</div>
<div class="uss-term-item"><strong>Late Arrival and No-Show</strong>
<p>The shared vehicle will depart according to the confirmed schedule and cannot wait for late passengers. Late arrivals may be treated as a no-show, with no refund or replacement transfer provided.</p>

<div class="uss-term-item"><strong>Fixed Return Schedule</strong>
<p>Passengers must return to the designated Singapore pickup point before the stated assembly time. Passengers who miss the return transfer must arrange their own transportation at their own cost.</p>

<div class="uss-term-item"><strong>Attraction Admission</strong>
<p>Universal Studios Singapore admission tickets, meals and personal expenses are not included unless they are specifically shown as part of the selected package.</p>
</div>
<div class="uss-term-item"><strong>Passenger and Luggage Capacity</strong>
<p>The operator reserves the right to refuse transportation if the actual passenger count or luggage exceeds the vehicle's permitted capacity or differs from the information declared during booking.</p>

<div class="uss-term-item"><strong>Undeclared or Oversized Luggage</strong>
<p>Oversized or additional luggage is subject to space availability and operational approval. Additional charges may apply through an official Valetra payment channel.</p>

<div class="uss-term-item"><strong>Travel Documents</strong>
<p>Passengers are responsible for carrying valid passports, visas and all other documents required by Malaysian and Singaporean authorities. Boarding may be refused where the required documents are unavailable or invalid.</p>

<div class="uss-term-item"><strong>Immigration and Customs Compliance</strong>
<p>Passengers must comply with instructions from the driver, immigration officers and customs authorities. Valetra is not responsible for entry refusal, questioning, detention or delays involving an individual passenger.</p>

<div class="uss-term-item"><strong>Traffic and Immigration Delays</strong>
<p>Journey and arrival times may be affected by road congestion, immigration queues, weather, public holidays and other circumstances beyond the operator's control. Exact arrival times cannot be guaranteed.</p>

<div class="uss-term-item"><strong>Vehicle Assignment</strong>
<p>The displayed vehicle represents the vehicle category. A similar licensed vehicle may be assigned depending on availability, capacity, safety and operational requirements.</p>

<div class="uss-term-item"><strong>Booking Changes and Cancellation</strong>
<p>Booking changes, cancellations and refund eligibility are subject to the Valetra Cancellation and Refund Policy applicable at the time of booking.</p>

<div class="uss-term-item"><strong>Operational Changes</strong>
<p>The operator may adjust the vehicle, route, meeting point or departure arrangement where reasonably required for safety, regulatory, immigration or operational purposes.</p>
