Valetra provides private airport transfer services to and from major airports including Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA), Senai International Airport, Penang International Airport and Singapore Changi Airport. When making your booking, please select “Airport Transfer” and enter your airport, destination, travel date, pickup time and flight details. Providing your flight number allows our operations team to monitor your flight schedule and better coordinate your pickup. Cross-border transfers between Changi Airport and Malaysia are subject to vehicle availability and applicable immigration requirements.

To book an airport transfer, select “Airport Transfer” in the Valetra booking system and enter your pickup airport or destination, travel date, pickup time and flight details. The system will then display the available vehicle options and fares based on your journey. Select your preferred vehicle, complete the passenger and contact information, and proceed with payment to confirm your airport transfer booking.

We recommend booking your airport transfer at least 12 hours before your scheduled pickup time to allow sufficient time for vehicle and driver arrangements. For early-morning flights, weekends, public holidays or cross-border airport transfers between Malaysia and Singapore, we recommend booking as early as possible. If your transfer is required within 12 hours, please contact our customer support team so we can check the latest availability and assist with a manual booking where possible.

For an airport pickup, please provide your flight number, arrival date, estimated arrival time, airport terminal, destination, number of passengers and contact details. You can choose from the vehicle options displayed on our website based on the number of passengers, luggage and your travel needs. Accurate flight information also helps our operations team monitor your arrival and coordinate the airport pickup more efficiently.

Providing your flight number allows our operations team to monitor your flight status and prepare for any changes to the scheduled arrival time. This helps us coordinate the driver more accurately and reduce the risk of delays or missed pickups, especially if your flight arrives earlier or later than expected.

Yes. If you provide the correct flight number during booking, our operations team will monitor the flight status and adjust the airport pickup arrangement accordingly. If there is a significant delay, we may contact you if any further coordination is required.

If your flight arrives earlier or later than the scheduled time, our operations team will refer to the latest flight status and coordinate the pickup accordingly. Please make sure the correct flight number is provided during booking so we can monitor any schedule changes and arrange the driver based on the updated arrival time.

For airport pickups, Valetra provides 40 minutes of complimentary waiting time after the flight lands. If additional waiting time is required after the complimentary period, extra waiting charges may apply based on the total waiting duration. Providing your correct flight number helps our operations team monitor the actual arrival time and coordinate the pickup more accurately.

Your pickup meeting point will depend on the airport and terminal. The confirmed meeting point and driver details will be provided before your scheduled pickup. WhatsApp is our primary communication channel in Malaysia, so please make sure the contact number provided during booking is active on WhatsApp. This allows the driver or our operations team to contact you easily upon arrival and coordinate the pickup if needed.

Your final driver and vehicle details will normally be provided by 6:00 PM on the day before your scheduled airport transfer. The information will be sent through the contact details provided during booking, and WhatsApp may also be used for trip coordination where applicable. Please note that driver or vehicle assignments may occasionally change due to operational requirements, and the latest confirmed details will be shared before pickup.

Yes. You can book an airport transfer on behalf of a family member, friend, colleague, guest or client. Please enter the traveller’s correct name, flight details, pickup information and an active contact number. If possible, provide a WhatsApp number that the passenger can access on the day of travel so our driver and operations team can coordinate the airport pickup easily.

Yes. Valetra provides different vehicle options for airport transfers, including larger vehicles suitable for groups and passengers travelling with multiple bags. You can choose from the vehicle options displayed on our website based on the number of passengers, luggage and your travel needs. For large groups or special luggage requirements, please contact our customer support team if you need assistance selecting the most suitable vehicle.

Yes. A child seat can be requested as an optional add-on for selected airport transfers, subject to availability and the child’s age or size requirements. Please add the child seat during booking where available, or contact our customer support team in advance if you need assistance. Additional charges may apply depending on the journey and number of child seats required.

Yes. You can add an additional pickup point, drop-off point or stopover to your airport transfer. If you require the driver to wait during the stopover, the waiting duration can also be included in your booking. Any additional pickup, drop-off or stopover may change the total fare based on the extra distance, travel time and waiting hours required. The final price will be calculated according to the additional services you select.

Yes. You can book both your airport pickup and return journey in advance. When making your booking, select the round-trip option and enter the return pickup date, pickup location, drop-off location and preferred pickup time. The total fare will be calculated based on the complete itinerary and services selected.

Yes. If you need to change your airport pickup time after the booking has been confirmed, please contact Valetra as early as possible. The new pickup time is subject to driver and vehicle availability, and any change that affects the itinerary, waiting time or overall journey may result in a fare adjustment. For flight-related changes, please provide the latest flight details so our operations team can coordinate the revised pickup accordingly.

Yes. Valetra provides private cross-border airport transfers between Singapore Changi Airport and selected destinations in Malaysia, subject to route coverage and vehicle availability. When booking, select “Airport Transfer”, enter Changi Airport as your pickup or drop-off location, and provide your travel and flight details. Please ensure all passengers have valid travel documents and complete any required immigration or arrival declarations before the journey.

If you are unable to locate your driver after arrival, please check the confirmed meeting point and contact details provided before pickup. Since WhatsApp is our primary communication channel in Malaysia, please ensure your phone is connected to the internet and available for messages or calls. You can contact the assigned driver directly or reach out to our customer support team for immediate assistance with the pickup coordination.

When selecting your pickup time, please allow sufficient time for the journey to the airport, possible traffic conditions and your airline’s recommended check-in time. For cross-border transfers to Singapore Changi Airport, we recommend allowing additional travel time for immigration clearance at the Malaysia–Singapore border. If you are unsure what pickup time to choose, you may contact our customer support team for guidance based on your flight departure time and pickup location.

Yes. Valetra offers a meet-and-greet sign service for airport pickups at supported airports in Malaysia. The driver will display a sign with the passenger’s name or company name at the designated arrival meeting area, making it easier for you to identify your driver. Please provide the name you would like displayed when making your booking. This service is available for airport pickups in Malaysia only and is not available at Singapore Changi Airport.
