Valetra VIP is operated under Travelex Tour Sdn Bhd, a licensed travel agency registered with the Ministry of Tourism, Arts and Culture Malaysia (MOTAC).
MOTAC License No.: MOTAC L/N/10750
All services comply with Malaysian laws and regulatory requirements.
- Vehicles are commercially registered
- Covered under valid insurance, including Personal Accident (PA)
Valetra does not engage in illegal or unlicensed transport services.
2. Scope of Services
Valetra provides premium chauffeur-driven services:
- Point-to-Point Transfers
- Hourly Chauffeur Services
- Airport Transfers
- Cross-Border Transfers (Malaysia–Singapore)
Services are subject to availability and operational conditions.
3. Booking & Confirmation
- Booking is confirmed upon full or agreed payment
- Valetra may decline or modify bookings if necessary
- Driver & vehicle details provided before service
- Equivalent vehicle may be assigned when required
4. Pricing & Payment
Pricing depends on service type, route, and vehicle category.
Includes:
- Driver services
- Fuel
- Standard toll charges
Additional charges may apply:
- Extra stops or route deviations
- Waiting time beyond allowance
- Overtime usage
- Excess mileage
- Midnight services (11PM – 6AM)
- Public holidays
- Cross-border services
Fuel surcharge may vary based on market conditions.
5. Privacy & Data Protection
- Data handled in accordance with PDPA
- Used strictly for service purposes
- Not shared without consent
- Security measures are in place
6. Waiting Time Policy
- Standard pickup: 30 minutes
- Airport pickup: 40 minutes
Additional waiting time may be chargeable. No-show may apply if customer is unreachable.
7. Airport Transfers
- Accurate flight details required
- Flight tracking may be applied
- Customer must follow pickup instructions
8. Cross-Border Services
- Subject to immigration regulations
- Passengers responsible for travel documents
- Must comply with customs procedures
- May need to alight at checkpoints
Valetra is not liable for delays caused by immigration or border congestion.
9. Customer Obligations
- Be ready at pickup time
- Provide accurate booking details
- Inform special requirements in advance
10. Vehicle & Luggage Policy
- Luggage capacity depends on vehicle
- Excess luggage may require upgrade
- Unsafe loads may be refused
11. Amendments, Rescheduling & Cancellations
Cancellation Charges:
- Before 48 hours: 5% fee
- Within 48 hours: 5% + 15%
- Within 24 hours: 5% + 35%
No-show bookings may be charged fully without refund.
12. Delays & Force Majeure
Valetra is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, government actions, or unforeseen events.
13. Conduct & Safety
Illegal or unsafe behavior may result in immediate termination without refund.
14. Limitation of Liability
Valetra is not responsible for personal belongings, delays, or indirect losses.
15. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
16. Acceptance of Terms
By confirming a booking, the customer agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
